Michelle is extremely reliable, a clear communicator, and friendly. She loves dogs. Our Afghan Hound puppy was well cared for, exercised and loved playing with their Beagle. All feeding instructions were followed perfectly. I had an odd schedule, and she helped me by allowing flexible drop off and pick-up times. I rate her and her dog sitting service 10 out of 10. Prior to Michelle starting at UCSC she was our go-to sitter for our Shetland Sheepdog, Duchess. I can't say enough good things about her. She stayed in our home and took care of our girl. She stayed when we traveled for two weeks in France - I couldn't have enjoyed my trip near as much without knowing she was taking care of things at home. My dog is a high maintenance dog and requires a special diet and some extra care. Michelle had no problems with any of it. I highly recommend Michelle for taking care of your pets. My wife and I just returned from a week long trip and were greeted with a houseful of well fed, well loved pets and a caregiver named Michele who clearly loved her time with them. We couldn't have asked for a better person to take care of our pets, both our dog and the two cats(!). Michelle even sent occasional photos for the little munchkins and kept us up to date with their progress. The true tell was when she returned to pick up a possession she had left behind...All the pets scrambled around, jumped up on her and clearly expressed their quick attachment to her kind and fun-loving heart. When we travel again we will definitely contact Michelle again and hope she will be available to take care of our animal family. My husband and I went away on a trip for a week and needed a dog sitter pretty last minute.  We set up a time to meet and I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew she would be a good fit. This was important to us as our dog is a 90 pound American Bulldog. As with these type of meetings, she also had to feel good about watching our little guy and thankfully, she did! Additionally, she brought her dog to meet ours and they seem to get along fine so all was good! While we were away, Michelle sent plenty of updates that included texts, photos and even a video. She was so thorough with her communication that it impressed us. Our dog had playdates with other dogs and got quite pampered. We knew he was in very good care. I would definitely call Michelle again for any of our future pet sitting needs. She was all one can ask for in a dog sitter! -QX T.
