Q. How Can I Get Started?

Q. What makes your services unique?

A. We are more than just a dog walking/daycare service. We are a small company by design which allows us the opportunity to get to know each of our pack members on an individual level. At the end of the day, our pack members receive an individualized report (e-mailed message + photos).

Q. What Areas Do You Service?

A. We provide dog walking, daycare and overnight services from Santa Cruz (Pasatiempo Exit) to Capitola (41st/wharf road).

Q. Do I need to be home when my dog is picked up?

A. Nope! We ask all of our clients to have a lockbox or keyless entry.

Q. What are the requirements for my dog to be walked or attend doggy daycare?

A. All dogs must be up to date on bordatella, distemper and rabies vaccines. We are unable to take on dogs that have not been spayed or neutered after one year old. We do make exceptions for puppies. We accept puppies older than 8 months. Finally, we are only able to take on dogs that are comfortable in the company of other dogs. This is a highly social environment where dogs are sharing space with one another. If your dog is comfortable around humans and dogs, you've come to the right place. We unfortunately are unable to accept dogs who are reactive towards other dogs, humans or moving objects (skateboards, motorcycles or bicycles). We have recommendations for solo walkers/dog trainers who specialize in reactivity.

Q. I'm in town for the weekend, can I board my dog with you?

A. Unfortunately, we cannot take on dogs that we have not met before hand because we want to make sure this will be the right fit for your dog. We only provide overnight services for clients using our dog walking/daycare services. This is to ensure that we have a relationship with your dog prior to them boarding with us.

Q. Iā€™m looking for a dog trainer

A. We currently offer positive reinforcement based lessons. Please check out our dog training page for more information.
