At Pacific Paw, we take a comprehensive approach to how we care for our clients. Because this is a relationship based on communication and trust, we use positive methods and encouragement during our outings. This allows your dog to know what is being requested of them. In synergy, we walk, train and play!

Due to the nature of our program and the consistency we seek to provide for our clients, we require all pack adventure/daycare clients to join with us a minimum of 2 days per week.  

$40 per day / $20 for the second dog

Pack walk adventures allow your pup to hike for 2 hours with their buddies in various locations from Santa Cruz to Aptos!

This service is the heart of Pacific Paw. On a pack walk, we will reinforce behaviors like checking in, sit/stay while in the presence of distractions and loose leashing walking etiquette. Clear communication allows your dog to seek out behaviors that reward them. It is our goal to stimulate your dog mentally and physically in a fun and challenging way. 

All dogs are picked up between 9 - 10 a.m. and returned between 12 - 1 p.m.

This is not an environment for dogs experiencing dog/human/moving object reactivity. As owners of reactive dogs, we understand the need for all dogs to get out and explore the world. We are happy to provide recommendations that take into account your pups needs.

Doggy Daycare

$60 per day / $20 per additional dog

Minimum 2 days per week

Looking for a longer day for your pup? Sign them up for doggy daycare! Post pack walk, your dog will enjoy structured off leash play at Pacific Paw at either in Felton or our Midtown location. During daycare, we provide a fun and enriching environment for the dogs in our care. We also work on name recognition, polite greetings (reinforcing paws on the floor as opposed to jumping) and recall. Daycare consistency gives our pack a chance to bond and make life long besties! Pacific Paw differs from large scale daycares as we have small human to dog ratios (1 to 10) and individualized service reports sent daily tracking how your dog’s day. Weekly consistency allows us to gain a deeper connection with your dog.

Daycare begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. Pickup and drop off is included.

Overnight Services

$85 a night / $30 per additional dog

We are currently only providing overnight care for client's who are using our dog walking/daycare services. We want to ensure that every dog who stays with us is comfortable and confident in a pack walking environment. 

Looking for your dog to go on vacation while you do? Look no further! We provide boarding in our home which will give your pup a chance to hike all day and snooze the night away.  The overnight service includes a minimum 2 hour hike, structured off leash socialization and unlimited belly rubs.

One on One Private Training

Michelle offers private training for current clients looking to build on the skills their dogs learn on pack hikes and at doggy daycare. In addition, Michelle will also be offering services that meet the needs for dogs and owners that are not currently encompassed within the scope of Pacific Paw LLC. Want to learn more?
